JACKET

Natural fibres and colours, fresh and bright fabrics, comfortable and versatile garments; just a few words to describe the Lanificio Ermenegildo Zegna jacket proposals for the coming Spring/Summer season.

The more precious fabrics are obtained using the noble cashmere either alone in a very fine and light new combed fabric, or in a re-interpreted blend of silk and linen.

Trofeo and High performance are the ideal fabrics for classical and formal jackets. The first fabric is fine and elegant , the cornerstone of the Lanificio collection, while the second one is breathable and crease resistant.

Silk Skin, born from the combination of cotton with silk , is dedicated to all those who love casual and versatile wear; it is proposed also in its double-face version, shoving a different pattern in the back side.


SUIT

The quality of a suit produced with a Lanificio Ermenegildo Zegna fabric is characterised by a pleasant and soft hand, a classical and always fashionable look and a comfortable wearability.

The fabrics proposed in the new Spring/Summer collection communicate a message of preciousness and comfort. The Australian Superfine Merino Wool is used alone in the more classical fabrics.Trofeo, the formal and elegant combed fabric, High Performance, a crease-resistant fabric thanks to the high-twisted yarn employed and Tropical, a summer plain weave, fresh and practical. The pure wool fabric selection includes Heritage, with the Lanificio historical patterns.

Modern and refined suits are the result of blends designed to combine and better enhance the features of each single natural fibre. The summer blends obviously include the silk: in Silk Skin it is combined with cotton to realise suits in a more casual style; in Shang silk is blended with wool to convey the fabirc a smooth and soft fee. Naxos represents the most elegant fabric being brighter, softer and at the same time nervous, the result of a combination of wool, mohair and silk.


CEREMONY

A selection of more refined fabrics, exclusively dedicated to important and ceremony occasions where elegance is a priority.
Fabrics in pure wool like Trofeo, the classical combed fabric, or the summer plain weaves like the crease-resistant High Performance, Tropical, particularly breathable, and Sltex, with a bright look like that of mohair, and a fine and slippery hand.

The precious Naxos combines the softness of wool with the brilliance of silk and the "kid mohair" fibres, which contribute to give the fabric a more nervous hand.
