Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We use Worldpay, one of the longest established companies in eCommerce world wide and you can choose to pay in Singapore, US or Euro currency. Major credit card like Visa, Mastercard and American Express card are accepted on our site. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

We reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. All sizes are approximate. Colours shown on the site are intended as a guide only.

Please note:
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order."
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error
4. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions


Shipping And Handling

We ship internationally. Shipping within Singapore is free. International buyer will be charge depend on the location of the buyer, total weight purchase, and the type of class chosen to be deliver. The amount of the shipping will be calculated automatically when you select your country and the class chosen during check out.

We have 4 classes of shipping for you to choose.

  1. DHL - We encourage customers from Europe, USA & Canada to opt for this class of shipping if they require fast and reliable services. We will email the consignment note number to you once we ship out the parcel and you can track your shipment.


  2. DPEX - This is the equivalent of UPS, Fedex and DHL which provide fast and reliable service. We strongly encourage you to choose this class of service if you are in the Asia Region as you can track your order. We will email the consignment note number to you once we ship out the parcel and you can track the whereabout of the parcel in the Dpex web-site.


  3. AIR PARCEL - This is a cheaper alternative to Dpex but it takes longer to reach you (more than 12 days depending on location). There is no tracking facilities so you can't tell when you parcel will arrive.


  4. SAL PARCEL - Surface Air-Lifted, i.e by air partially. This option means that your parcel may take up to 2 months to reach you. But the cost is so much cheaper and we include this option for customer who likes to keep the cost down and don't mind waiting. Again, there is no tracking facilities and so no way to tell when your parcel will arrive.


    It will be in both parties' interest that we advise you to choose DHL or Dpex as the shipping method because your parcel can be traced and tracked. To get an idea when your parcel will reach you please see the delivery schedule.


Delivery Schedule

We will normally process your order in 1-2 business days. For clothing, we normally ship within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery time for the following regions and services

Tax Charges

We do not charge any TAX or service charge. However, you may have to pay for your custom duties when your parcel arrives. This will depend on individual country's import policy and it is beyond our control.


Credit Card Security

We do not accept or retain any of your credit cards detail in our web-site. All the credit card transaction is done in Worldpay, the leading payment service provider. For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different. Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Hwa Seng Textiles. We will be happy to offer an exchange for goods with manufacturing defect. Please inspect your merchandise immediately to determine if there is any flaw.

Items for exchange must reach us in the same condition as when you received them. If your item reaches us cut, stained, laundered or ironed, there will be no exchange. Items for exchange must be returned within 1 week from the day you receive them. If your merchandise is not returned within this time frame, we reserve the right not to exchange.

We will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the item. We will pay for shipping for the exchange sent back to the buyer. You are responsible for shipping costs of returning the goods to us. Please contact us before exchanging item.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact Hwa Seng Textiles IMMEDIATELY at Please note that once an order has been shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled.

Note:
Shipping and handling covers postage, handling, packaging and all administration costs. It is necessary to charge a minimum shipping & handling fee. Charges are non-negotiable. Please note the charge is not just for postage.
